I was contacted directly by Leonard, who were aware of my project PhotoCarbone, which is now Nooco.
Why was the program well adapted to your project?
Leonard offered a valuable environment conducive to building a business plan, while providing essential support in terms of project visibility.
What significant project developments took place during the program?
The business plan evolved a lot, going from an add-on licensing system towards a freemium model web service with everything that a platform can bring in terms of agility, scalability and revenue-generating services (networking data mining, etc.).
What is the next key stage in your project?
We’re currently in the business plan validation stage.
What was the most important moment during the support program?
Rush Week. It enabled me to meet various different people who each brought a fresh perspective to the project.
What important questions has the program forced you to ask yourself?
We are particularly focused on our customer pain points, to help us determine how to create maximum market value.
What have you taken away from the program? What about your project?
Concerning the project, the program has been a great accelerator. On a personal level, it gave me a better understanding of intrapreneurship mechanisms within a group.
