Matthieu Lerondeau is the Head of Communications and Communities of Leonard, VINCI’s Laboratory for the Future of Cities and Infrastructures, and of La Fabrique de la Cité, another resident organization of Leonard:Paris.

An entrepreneur, former Head of Strategic Planning in a digital communications and innovation agency, Matthieu has advised local governments as well as European and national institutions for 10 years in matters of public communications, citizen engagement and government technologies.

A graduate of Sciences Po and LSE (MSc), Matthieu is also a lecturer in Sciences Po Paris (‘Digital Chaos : on Software & Sovereignty’) and founding member of Personal Democracy France, the French chapter of the New York-based CivicTech and GovTech global conference Personal Democracy Forum.

What do we do?

The VINCI Group created Leonard to tackle the challenges posed by the transformation of regions and lifestyles. Our goal is to unite a community of key stakeholders in order to build the city of the future together.
