Nathalie Martin-Sorvillo is Head of Innovative Programs at Leonard, an initiative carried out by VINCI mixing foresight and innovation.
Nathalie has co-designed the intrapreneurship program, with an incubation and an acceleration process open to Group employees in order to develop new businesses lines. She has co-leaded the UX Design experience of Leonard:Paris, 1200 M2 within Paris dedicated to ideation and acceleration of projects, coworking and events.
Prior, she detected new urban trends, as Executive Director of “La Fabrique de la Cité” (2011 to 2016). She explored the stakes of urban data, of energy transition, designing learning expeditions in cities such as Boston, Amsterdam, Berlin and developping partnerships with LSE or the MIT Media Lab.
Nathalie was Director of Communications and Sustainable Development at Cofiroute, after being Project Leader for Sustainable Development at VINCI and Pilot of the VINCI Innovation Awards.
Nathalie is a graduate of the Institute of Political Studies in Strasbourg — with one year spent at Boston College — and is a former auditor with the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Développement et d’Aménagement du Territoire en Europe (IHEDATE).
