AI Program 2025: Fifteen New AI Application Projects Initiated by VINCI Companies

Leonard has launched a new cohort of the AI 2025 program and welcomes 15 internal projects that aimed at optimizing processes across VINCI’s business lines through artificial intelligence.

The AI program is designed to foster the development of high-potential projects within VINCI. It not only provides support for the projects themselves but also equips management with training in technical and HR development strategies, enabling them to support the long-term industrialization of these initiatives and encourage the emergence of new ones. Leonard offers each project team continuous technical and methodological guidance, expert advice, assistance with technical and commercial strategies, and networking opportunities with research organizations.

The new cohort of the AI 2025 program includes fifteen projects addressing a diverse range of challenges, such as improving energy efficiency, promoting sustainable resource management, and optimizing existing or future infrastructures. These projects leverage a variety of cutting-edge technologies, including:

  • Optimization tools: To configure installations efficiently across large areas or streamline intervention schedules.
  • Large Language Models (LLMs): To identify inconsistencies in complex documentation, extract critical information, or analyze contracts across different languages and industries.
  • Computer Vision: To recognize and monitor components within electrical cabinets.

Leonard will support these projects until June. Afterward, responsibility will transition to VINCI companies tasked with industrializing the solutions, as Leonard’s experts gradually step back from their involvement.
