Maxime is a mentor and data scientist within Leonard’s AI program, VINCI’s innovation initiative dedicated to accelerating artificial intelligence projects.
His role is to support project teams and coaches in structuring their ideas, overcoming technical challenges, and transforming prototypes into tools that are genuinely useful in the field.
A graduate of INSA Lyon in computer science, he began his career as a data scientist before joining Leonard the following year, where he discovered the richness of the VINCI ecosystem and the diversity of its businesses.
What motivates him every day is the intersection of on-the-ground expertise and the power of data: ensuring that AI becomes a lever to simplify work, improve performance, and support the Group’s environmental transition.
