Esther is an Innovation Programs Apprentice at Leonard.
At Leonard, Esther contributes in particular to the contractual monitoring of intrapreneurship and artificial intelligence programs, while more broadly supporting the deployment and coordination of various innovation initiatives. She is involved in organizing key events, preparing materials, and carrying out different actions to support teams.
She also works on the development of the WeAreLeonard platform, focusing on user journeys, content organization, and the continuous improvement of the user experience. Through these missions, she supports the rollout of innovative projects across the VINCI Group and assists teams in their innovation processes.
