Charlotte is a Mortfolio Manager within the startup investment team at Leonard.
She oversees the operational, financial, and strategic management of the startup portfolio in which Leonard has invested, while also facilitating connections with VINCI Group’s operational entities.
A graduate of a dual degree program between NEOMA Business School and Northeastern University, specializing in entrepreneurship and innovation, Charlotte began her career at a consulting firm focused on innovation. She then joined a deeptech incubator, where she supported the development of startups in the energy, mobility, aerospace, and defense sectors.
Convinced that innovation is a key driver of transformation, Charlotte joined Leonard with the ambition of fostering concrete synergies between startups and a large corporate group, contributing to value creation for VINCI.
