Kevin Cardona is Leonard’s Director of Innovative Programmes.

Kevin Cardona holds an engineering degree in civil engineering and urban planning from INSA Lyon and a Masters specialising in sustainable development management from HEC Paris. He previously held positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate after nine years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he was successively head of office programmes, head of sustainable development and director of innovation projects.

At BNP Paribas Real Estate, he was initially in charge of innovation and sustainable development. Since 2017, he has held the position of Chief Innovation Officer, with responsibility for promoting innovation across all the company’s business lines and conducting its technological and competitive intelligence.
