Lisa is urban experimentation programme Manager at Leonard. She co-leads the activities of the Rêve de Scènes Urbaines association.
Passionate about urban issues, Lisa worked for several years in public sector consultancy. Her various experiences have led her to work with local authorities in developing their urban policies and designing innovative projects for sustainable cities.
Lisa is a graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux in Public Affairs, as well as the Institut d’Aménagement, de Tourisme et d’Urbanisme de Bordeaux.

Rêve de Scènes Urbaines won the 2016 call for projects entitled “Industrial demonstrators for sustainable cities”, and is a partnership platform that aims to encourage the emergence, experimentation and development of innovative and sustainable urban projects in local areas. It was set up in partnership with Plaine Commune and is chaired by VINCI, with Artelia and Veolia.
