Orso Roger is a “CIFRE” doctoral student at Leonard. In partnership with the Centre de Sociologie de l’Innovation (CSI) at Mines Paris – PSL, he is studying the practices involved in making the future in order to understand how foresight contributes to transformations in the place given to the future in the economy and in organisations.
He worked as a research engineer at the Institut des Hautes Études pour l’Innovation et l’Entrepreneuriat (IHEIE – PSL) before joining Leonard in 2023. At the time, his research focused on the instrumentation of foresight, and more specifically on the development of scenarios by think-tanks specialising in foresight.
An engineering graduate of the École polytechnique and Mines Paris – PSL, he was trained in the sociology of science and technology (STS) as well as in the theory of organisations and management.
