After studying sociology at the Sorbonne in France and sustainable urban planning at KTH in Sweden, Valentine developed her expertise in the transformational aspect of adapting to climate change.
Convinced that no transition is possible without a human transition, she uses collective intelligence as a prism for action to encourage the transition to scale.
Valentine has worked for local authorities and then for public bodies as a sustainable development officer and then as an organisational transformation consultant. She is now head of the foresight project at Leonard, focusing on environmental issues.
