A competition to accelerate the transition to more sustainable construction
For the fifth consecutive year, Leonard is renewing its participation in the Construction Startup Competition 2025, which aims to find the most promising start-ups to sustainably transform the construction sector.
This international competition aims to encourage the emergence of innovative solutions in the fields of sustainable construction, productivity, supply chain management, and new construction technologies and methods.

Leonard is proud to be part of the jury for all of these categories. Leonard will take part in both finals of the Construction Startup Competition: one in Las Vegas, focused on the main competition categories, and another in Helsinki, where a special environmental award will be presented during Slush.
Alongside eight major industry players – Cemex Ventures, Caterpillar, Dysruptek by Haskell, Ferrovial, Hilti, NOVA by Saint-Gobain, Trimble, and Zacua Ventures – Leonard is committed to identifying, supporting and promoting the most promising startups in the sector.
The Construction Startup Competition represents a veritable launch pad for startup, enabling them to connect with an international network of experts, meet industry decision-makers, benefit from investment opportunities and test their solutions through large-scale pilot projects.

To date, 44 winners (start-ups that have accessed the Pitch Day event) have been selected, together raising over US$448 million in investment.

An international final at the Trimble Dimensions Conference
Selected startups will be invited to present their project at the Pitch Day, to be held during the Trimble Dimensions User Conference (November 10-12, 2025), and will have the opportunity to win prizes and convince international investors.
