Construction Tech (or Contech), the set of innovative technological solutions for the design, construction and maintenance of built structures, promises to radically transform the sector by reducing its environmental footprint, improving the safety of site workers and boosting business productivity.
After publishing an initial study on Contech in Europe in 2021, in partnership with the online media Sifted, Leonard has just released a study dedicated to innovative technologies in construction (Contech) in Latin America: “Contech LATAM”, in association with the Peruvian consultancy Digital Bricks.
The entire construction ecosystem of the sub-continent was involved in this report: construction companies, start-ups, the academic sector, investors in the world of Construction Tech, laboratories and research and innovation centres, national and international organisations and institutions, shared their thoughts and perspectives on this rapidly evolving sector.
This publication coincides with the extension of Leonard’s network of innovators to Latin America, where VINCI’s foresight and innovation platform is deploying its actions and programmes.

La Construction Tech, el conjunto de tecnologías innovadoras en el diseño, construcción y mantenimiento de infraestructuras, promete transformar radicalmente el sector reduciendo su huella medioambiental, mejorando la seguridad de los trabajadores de las obras e impulsando la productividad de las empresas.
Tras publicar un primer estudio sobre Contech en Europa en 2021, en asociación con el medio online Sifted, Leonard acaba de lanzar un estudio dedicado a las tecnologías innovadoras en la construcción (Contech) en América Latina: “Contech LATAM”, en asociación con la consultora peruana Digital Bricks.
Todo el ecosistema de la construcción del subcontinente ha participado en este informe: empresas constructoras, startups, sector académico, inversores, laboratorios y centros de investigación e innovación, organizaciones e instituciones nacionales e internacionales, han compartido sus reflexiones y perspectivas sobre este sector en rápida evolución.
Esta publicación coincide con la voluntad de desarrollar la red de innovadores de Leonard, la plataforma de prospectiva e innovación de VINCI, en América Latina y desplegar sus acciones y programas.
