“Shaping” involves working with materials. Indeed, materials are at the heart of the innovations we are currently seeing in our businesses:
- Firstly, a catalog of 30 startups to keep an eye on, highlighting the rise of industrial start-ups, which, supported by the development of artificial intelligence, are inventing new materials, objects and infrastructures.
The selection of startups we are presenting to you comes from applications to our SEED incubation and CATALYST 2025 acceleration programs. They illustrate this trend well: robotics, energy, operation and maintenance – all city and infrastructure businesses are concerned by the arrival of these new industrial players.

- We propose an exploration of the projects of small modular reactor projects, which are multiplying and attracting the interest of digital giants in particular. Private-sector players are now at the forefront of innovation, both in terms of companies and investors.
- We interviewed Isabelle Spiegel, Vice-President Environment at VINCI. She adresses the crucial issue of climate adaptation: already more than 75 concrete solutions are alrealy proposed by VINCI to shape territories to make them more resilient in the face of climate hazards.
