For nearly ten years, the Intrapreneur Program has supported VINCI companies in developing new business activities from existing, tested solutions.
Open to all business lines and entities, it helps structure and accelerate projects aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities, adapting to different levels of maturity.

How is the support program structured?
A two-phase journey to scale your project.
Exploration phase: validating the fit between need and solution
January to June – 1 day per week
For six months, intrapreneurs dedicate 20% of their time to their project, i.e. one day per week. This phase supports them in validating the problem-solution fit, defining the business model, and building the product and go-to-market roadmap.
In practical terms, it involves:
- Gain a deep understanding of market needs
- Strengthen their value proposition
- Refine their commercial roadmap
This phase is supported by workshops, coaching sessions, and exchanges with other project leaders.
Acceleration Phase: Turning Ideas into Action
September to December – Full-time on the project
The most promising projects continue their journey through a four-month acceleration phase.
The objective is to turn the insights gained during the exploration phase into concrete actions in order to:
- Execute the commercial strategy
- Prepare legal and compliance requirements
- Structure the market launch and deployment of the solution.
Who Is the Program For?
The program is designed for employees who, with the support of their business unit, want to turn an existing solution into a concrete project with a tangible impact on overall business performance.
To apply, you must:
- Have a high-potential project for your company
- Hold a permanent contract (Permanent contract)
- Be ready to fully commit to the program:
- 1 day per week (20%) during the exploration phase
- 100% of your time during the acceleration phase.

Selection Process:
- Application review by internal experts throughout the summer
- Pre-selection of 15 projects to pitch before a jury in November
- Final selection of 10 projects joining the cohort in January
