The Ocean Pitch Challenge®, aimed at solution providers with a positive impact on the Ocean, is back for its second edition.
This year, we are pleased to welcome it to Leonard:Paris.
Resulting from the alliance, in France, between Sustainable Ocean Alliance (SOA) and RespectOcean, this competition aims to :
- Bring to light and highlight economically viable solutions for the protection of the ocean and its marine and coastal ecosystems
- Pre-select and train finalists in the pitching technique in order to increase their competence and their ability to get their solution financed by investors
- Reward the best candidates during a final
- Reward three other candidates through three special prizes: special prize for “marine biodiversity solution”, special prize for “bio-inspired solution”, special prize for “start-up”.

This event is recognized by the United Nations as an activity of the Decade for the Ocean, and is placed under the high patronage of Mr. Hervé Berville, Secretary of State for the Sea, as part of the Thursdays of Maritime Innovation.
