The Intrapreneurs program at VINCI Group offers personalized support to employees with a project related to the company's activities to help them become intrapreneurs: entrepreneurs within the company. The program spans all the countries where the group operates, providing assistance in deploying your concrete solutions both within the group and externally, in response to the challenges you are facing.

Whether your idea aims to improve the technical, economic, social, environmental, or societal performance of your company, the Intrapreneurs program provides a structure tailored to each stage of your project’s maturity.

From problem to solution,

The Intrapreneurs program aims to support intrapreneurs in tackling the challenges they face within their company. Specifically, this phase involves assessing their situation, analyzing their solution already validated by a POC, and embarking on the Intrapreneurs journey to ensure its implementation.

From solution to project,

For six months, the intrapreneur receives personalized support from a coach to test the viability of their solution, analyze the competition, and meet potential customers. They dedicate 20% of their working time, or one day per week, to their project.

From project to business,

If the project meets the criteria (customers, market, opportunities), the intrapreneur enters an intensive four-month support phase, dedicating 100% of their time to developing and testing their product.

  • A salary compensation to allow the intrapreneur to balance project development with professional obligations, covering the time dedicated to the program, as well as financial support to cover travel expenses related to the project.
  • A structured program and a flexible schedule to free up time for the project once a week, as well as two weeks during the program, called Rush Weeks, organized at Leonard:Paris premises.
  • A network conducive to business development, based on a comprehensive ecosystem: internal mentors and sponsors, as well as the Leonard network.
